BADAK BATI

Ingredients

1) Three katori wheat flour.
2) 2,3  Tbs of gram flour.
3) 1\2 Tsp ginger paste.
4) 2 Tsp chili powder.
5) Turmeric 1\2 Tsp
6) 1\2 lemons juice
7) 1 Tbs oil
8) Finally salt to taste.

Procedure

·         Soak 1 katori moongdaal for 2 hours in water.
·         Strain it completely.
·         Mix all the ingredients together and make a fine dough.
·         Roll them into small balls and make like chapatis.
·         Fry them on the tawa like parathas.

·         Your Badak bati is ready to eat with sauce,curd .
